Thai Yoga Bodywork  is an ancient healing system where a practitioner takes a client through a sequence of yoga inspired Stretches, working along the 'Sen' or energy lines of the body, offering assisted stretching, fascia release and deep relaxation.

The benefits of Thai Yoga Massage are profound and healing. Working the energy lines and compressing the muscles in assisted stretches is relaxing and calming to the body. Moving energy through the body in this way can release built up stress and trauma stored physically, mentally and emotionally; stimulating the body's natural healing process

Private Yoga sessions can be beneficial for different stages of your practice. Whether you are new to yoga and want to feel more comfortable on your mat, coming back from an injury or want to advance specific goal-this could be what you're looking for.

Private sessions can be done one to one or in small groups of two or three.

For at home private session an additional $15 will be added to your package.

Take our magically healing class to the next level by booking a private session for you and your close friends! This class brings the soft poses of restorative yoga with the healing elements of basalt hot stones to soothe the body physically, mentally and emotionally. Feel refreshed and easy in the body after this self-care class. The space is yours to relax in!

Book a private yoga class for your group at the studio or offsite. Have a customized class that fits your needs and benefits the group individually and as a whole. Private rates are $85 for a class less than 10 and priced $15 per person for groups bigger than 10. Corporate offerings, bachelorette weekend, birthday parties and more-celebrate with Yoga!

Zen Den Studio is a beautifully healing space that can be used to celebrate and honor many special events. From kids yoga birthday parties to lady's night in-we can make celebrating a more relaxing and enjoyable time! Studio space is available Thursday and Friday nights and Saturday and Sunday afternoon. We have hosted book signings, vendor shops, art displays and more! Have your next event at Zen Den Studio!  Priced $55 per hour.
